About Rockwell Ice Cream:
Justin Williams grew up making homemade ice cream with his family. He has been passionate about ice cream since he was a young boy. His dream was to one day own his own ice cream business of some kind. He married his wife, Summer, who is passionate about all things food. Together, they would make ice cream at home after Justin would come home from work. They would concoct all kinds of fun and unique flavors and share them with the neighbors. Not long later, Justin decided to follow his dream…..and now they have, Rockwell Ice Cream Co. The Williams’ make super premium ice cream, using all natural ingredients, never artificial flavorings, and they make it all in house, fresh, every day!
Justin & Summer didn’t want to just open “another ice cream shop”, they wanted to be the best. Their ice cream is dense and creamy and delicious – that is because they incorporate much less air than almost any other ice cream brands do, and they use a 16% butterfat. Rockwell also specializes in making unique flavors that you can’t find anywhere else. Justin & Summer have a lot more ideas and this is just the beginning!

Event Rules & Regulations
General Guidelines
- Throwing objects of any kind, including inflatables, is not allowed.
- Seating or vendor displays are not allowed in designated fire lanes.
- Management reserves the right to search anyone entering the premises.
- Solicitations of any kind or commercial activity are not allowed.
Food and Beverage
- Water refill stations are available at America First Square.
- Non-ticketed concerts and events (LiveDAYBREAK Summer Concert Series)
- Outside food and beverages are permitted.
- One small, soft-shell cooler per adult. The cooler should not exceed the following dimensions: 16” x 16” x 8”.
- Ticketed concerts and events
- No outside food and beverages permitted, except a factory-sealed water bottle (one per person).
Permitted Items:
- Strollers
- Small cameras/cell phones
- Chairs (12” max from ground to front of seat bottom, 31.5” max from ground to top of chair back)
- Umbrellas (must be taken down once the performance starts)
- Service animals
Prohibited Items:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8”
- Skateboards, wagons, rollerblades, scooters, bikes and similar items
- Laser devices and pointers
- Tent and shade structures
- Glass containers
- Aerosol cans
- Unmanned aerial vehicles/drones
- Fireworks
- Professional photography or video recording equipment
- Smoking, vaping and chewing tobacco
- Weapons of any kind, including toy guns and knives
- Other items at management’s discretion
